Update: Safety Protocol

March 24, 2020

Dear Clients and Partners,

We are writing to express our concern and best wishes for your institutions, businesses, families, and communities through the COVID-19 epidemic.

Like you, we have spent the last week adjusting to remote working and social distancing protocols. On March 17th we turned on our laptops to work as a fully remote company for the first time. It went remarkably well thanks to our staff — and to all of you for your patience during this transition.

Our staff is fully operational and available through our standard forms of communication. Our office phones have been forwarded so that our staff can be reached remotely. Our coordinators have access to company email and databases without any compromise to our rigorous data security protocols. We have implemented a safety protocol for our on-airport staff, which allows us to continue to offer supervision and tarmac services across the country.

We are continuously monitoring cargo availability including flight options, as well as border closures, local customs availability, and the status of our partner companies. We are moving freight, and can currently assist with full charter, part charter and re-route options via all-cargo carriers, and passenger freight to allowable locations. We can also arrange for domestic trucking moves and have availability of Turtle crates should you need rush packing. Please reach out to our staff at any time.

The companies and institutions in our field are filled with our friends and partners. We have enjoyed being in close contact with all of you throughout this crisis, despite the unfortunate context. Thank you for your support – we remain committed to offer you our support in return.
